Energy Production

Local energy production is central to the energy situation of today and of the future. Both for private individuals and SMEs as well as for industrial use. You will save and, if successful, generate green energy, and you will have your own energy needs under control. For a central energy production system, you can use multiple energy sources.

  • Solar Energy
The most obvious source of energy is the sun. Solar panels are a common solution and offer many benefits. They work well, you can expand the system if your electricity needs increase and there is a good selection of well-tested installations.
  • Wind Energy
Vertical windmills are the most efficient form of wind energy. They are available for low capacities and are easy to install.
  • Cogeneration (Combined Heat and Power: CHP)
Cogeneration generates heat and electricity at the same time with the aid of a motor running on a single fuel. This can be a gas or steam motor or a motor running on biogas or biomass. Steam motors have a higher yield than gas variants. Cogeneration is mainly used for large buildings with a high energy requirement, whereby the electricity produced in the company is used for other applications.
  • Fuel Cells
The fuel cell is immediately converted into energy by means of an electrochemical reaction. This efficient technology offers many benefits, such as a 30 percent reduction in CO2 emissions and results that are up to 50 percent better than conventional CHP installations. The most commonly used fuel is natural gas or biogas, which also helps to make gas ‘greener’ and contribute to the energy conversion.
